Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a HIIT (High intensity interval training) workout. Using Tabata and a room heated to approx 33-35 degrees. We focus mainly on the core area but it is an all over body work out and we also introduce resistance such as weights and bands.

Hot Yoga:

We do a Hatha style of Yoga at Strand Fitness. Classes encompass centering, main phase on and off mats, cool down and meditation. We focus greatly on the breath, the use of language and focus of movement. The room is heated to approx 30 degrees.

Personal Training:

I have personal training slots in the mornings and evenings. 1:1 can be whatever the client wishes, generally we are in the studio gym using resistance training methods such as weights and body weight exercises. I can also do Yoga as a 1:1 session.

Semi private training:

There are a number of semi private training programs on at any one time. They can be of a hand holding beginner nature up to programs which are aimed at persons who would like to give training and a vegetarian lifestyle a go. Please get in contact to see what is available for you.

Strength and Conditioning:

Currently studying a Strength and Conditioning Bsc, I am constantly improving my knowledge base for S and C. I work as an S and C coach with Crossmolina GFC but also work with a range of sports and sports people especially Triathlon and running.
